LAST MINUTE SPECIALS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY IF YOU REQUEST THEM WHEN INITIALLY BOOKING. Rooms are subject to availability and local room taxes. Rates may not be combined or used with 3rd party gift cards or certificates, in conjunction with any other discounts, or when booking through a travel agent or 3rd party online reservations service. Certain holidays and holiday periods (for example Valentine's & Presidents Day weekends, Labor & Memorial Day weekends, Pumpkin Festival weekend, and year-end holidays) may be blacked out and not included in Last Minute Specials.
